Giuliana obtained her PhD in Genetics and Molecular Evolution at the Dept. of Biology of the University of Bari. She worked in the group of Prof. Mario Ventura on the evolution of the LRRC37 gene family in primates, in collaboration with Prof. Evan Eichler of the University of Washington where she spent one year as visiting PhD student. Giuliana will join Alexandre Reymond’s group on September 1st, 2012.
Katrin Männik - FNS researcher

Katrin has studied molecular diagnostics and biomedicine at the University of Tartu, Estonia. Her PhD thesis, focused on the genomic causes of intellectual disability and rare structural variation, will be defended in the beginning of 2012. She joined Alexandre Reymond`s group on September 2011 to work on the syndromes of the short arm of human chromosme 16.

Norine Voisin - PhD Student

Norine joined the group of Alexandre Reymond on October 1st 2014 as a PhD student. She validated a Master in Genetics in Paris Diderot University (France) in 2014. She performed a 6 months-internship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital (Ohio,USA) working on retionoic acid effects on heart development in Zebrafish. She also had a 6 months-intership at Necker Hospital (Paris, France) where she worked on cranofacial disostoses, performing sequencing on patients DNA.
